Mr. Augustine Wong brings to his clients more than 30 years of managerial and professional experience from audit firms, bank, construction company, the public sector as well as manufacturing. He worked his way from auditor to head of General Audit in the Housing Development Board, and later became Regional Financial Controller at Philips Singapore where he also managed Human Resource. Augustine has also headed manufacturing and construction concerns as Managing Director, and is currently, the MD at JCS group of companies which designs and manufactures customized cleaning systems and solutions.

With this background, Augustine’s consulting strengths are in areas of strategic and business planning, financial management and cost control systems. He is also an expert in human resource and general management consulting.

Augustine is also trained in using CEO Learning Circle and coaching methodologies to help clients gain measurable improvements in their organizations as well as in their personal and professional development. He has consulted with numerous and diverse large organizations and SMEs, and handled major projects from the setting up and implementation of a documented budgetary system for improved financial management capability to an operational audit system that resulted in significant reduction in material wastage during the production process.
