Ethan started his career with a design house that primarily focused on creating engaging digital media for their customers in video, games, and interactive web solutions. He moved on later to do intensive programming and system analysis for clients who required a content management tool and created a content management system that was used repeatedly for many of the our  clients.

Now, with a variety of experience from design, technical, sales and marketing, Ethan is working closely with GloPerformance clients to take advantage of the internet by identifying areas of contribution for their business through the internet and IT. He has almost 10 years of experience in working with clients on branding design for websites, online marketing strategies and customized IT solutions.

His core strength is creating value and identifying ways the internet can benefit companies through proper design, use and data collection over the internet. Being a Microsoft Certified Application Developer, he is certified by Microsoft to develop solutions for customers.

He is constantly on the look-out for technology advances on the internet that can add value to GloPerformance existing customers.  Since then, he has worked with many SMEs to create IT solutions and implement online marketing strategies.
